Karibbean Under One Magazine (KUOMagazine.com), was established in 2007 as a newsletter, then in April 2008, it officially became a magazine as an online publication. Today Karibbean Under One has now become an Enterprise that offers many of services from marketing, producing TV shows, graphic and web design, and much more!
OUR VISION: To inspire, educate, and encourage Caribbean Americans and people of color the importance of living healthy and embracing their cultural heritage 365.
OUR MISSION: We strive daily to promote cultural diversity and raise awareness on the latest health & wellness information in America and the Caribbean Islands, exclusive interviews of men, women, youths, along with supporting our annual cultural events and local businesses/organizations.

First Jamaican Female Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon in the US!
NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE... with an exclusive interview written by KUOMagazine's Managing Editor, Sandi Morais with Dr. Camille Coates-Clark, the first Jamaican Female Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon in the United States, and a World-Class Athlete. Her record was the fastest in the world for more than 3-weeks. She moved from track & field and into the medical field. She excelled in the medical field just as she did in track and field, this time to a greater height when she went on to make history as the first Jamaican female Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon in the United States. "According to research, African-American women make up 0.6 percent in the field of orthopedics in the United States, and women in general make up 6.5 percent."
We celebrat, inspire, women from diverse cultures locally & internationally by sharing their achievements as trailblazers and community leaders.
We educate and raise awareness of survivors, or those who are still battling their illnesses/conditions sharing personal testimonies of overcoming challenges, to find encourage and hope to inspire others to continue their journey to strive, thrive, and survive.

Karibbean Under One is honored to celebrate "Women of Kulture 365" from cultural diversity who are trailblazers making a difference in their community. We also invest in raising awareness with "Ribbons of Survivors 365" to focus on various cases that are impacting and affecting Caribbean Americans and people of color, and their families.

Caribbean Heritage Month (June)
In June 2021, Michelle "Coach Mea" Allman, Founder, KUOMagazine received the 2021 Congressional Award from Congressman Darren Soto in lieu of Caribbean Heritage Month (June), which is documented and recorded in the Library of Congress for her accomplishments as a cultural advocate and community leader within Central Florida.
