FEEDING YOUR SOUL!

People often tell me I look great to be 54 years, because you look like you’re in your 30’s. Well, in 2010 I made changes in my life #MyLifeLessons before my 50th birthday. Being diagnosed with breast cancer after 15 years ago changes your thinking process.

You learn to appreciate life and things a whole lot different. One lesson I’ve learn so far and that is not to take life for granted, be proud of who you are and where you came from.

You learn to appreciate life and things a whole lot different. One lesson I’ve learn so far and that is not to take life for granted, be proud of who you are and where you came from.

Whatever your age might be, these universal lessons are relatable to anyone who needs a little reminder of what's important in life.

  • In life it’s not fair, but it's still good!

  • Life’s too short to focus on the petty things!

  • Cry with someone. It’s more healing than crying alone.

  • Burn candles, use those nice sheets, wear your sexy lingerie and don’t wait for those special moments because every day should be a special moment.

  • Make peace with your past, so your present can be amazing.

  • Go after what you DREAMS, and don’t take NO for an answer!

  • Forgive everyone everything. Believe in miracles. No one is in charge of your happiness except you

  • What other people think of you is none of your business.

  • Time heals almost everything. Give time.

  • Don't audit life. Show up and make the most of it now.

  • No matter how you feel, get up, dress up, and show up.

  • If you don't ask, you don't get.

  • Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift.
